Yes. We provide written estimates for hang, finish, repair, and commercial projects before work begins.
Check, card, and ACH for commercial accounts. Invoices include scope, materials, and labor line items.

How drywall bids are built.
By scope: square footage, finish level (Level 4 vs Level 5), ceiling height, texture match, and access. We measure on-site or from plans — not vague per-square-foot phone quotes without context.
Small patches often start around $200–$400. Larger repairs, ceiling work, or texture blending are quoted after photos or a site visit.
Diagnostic visits for small repairs may include a minimum service charge credited toward the repair when you approve the work.
No. Change orders are written and signed before extra work — especially on commercial and insurance jobs.

Yes. We take a sample, test orange peel, knockdown, or skip trowel on a board, and blend repairs so the patch disappears after paint. Older Metro Detroit homes often mix smooth additions with textured main floors — we plan transitions so they are not visible at doorways.
